Return and refund policy.

Our returns policy takes effect after receipt of the package and lasts 14 days, if this period is exceeded SRH COLLECTION will unfortunately not be able to process your return request.
To be accepted, your item must be returned in the exact condition in which it was received.
SRH COLLECTION reserves the right to refuse a return if the item appears to have been used (personal odor, laundry odor, stain, missing labels).
SRH COLLECTION reserves the right to inspect these conditions.
In all the situations stated above, if the return is accepted it will be in the form of exchange or having to use on the site.
Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the reason for this return is due to an error on the part of SRH COLLECTION.
Steps to make a return:
1. Pack the item in the original packaging or any other packaging to ensure its protection and proper shipment.
2. Include a note inside the package indicating your first and last name and the number of your order.
3. Go to www.mondialrelay.fr
4. Provide all your sender details. For the recipient's contact details, please indicate the following information: SRH COLLECTION, 151 chemin de Sainte Marthe, srhcollectionpro @gmail.com and select the following relay point: "Le jardin de la delorme" 138 rue le chatelier, 13015 Marseille.
REFUND
SRH COLLECTION will not reimburse any item damaged after receipt of the package or which appears to have been worn (personal or laundry odor, traces, etc.).
SRH COLLECTION will not reimburse any item lost/damaged by the carrier.
SRH COLLECTION will not refund any item that is not returned in the exact condition in which it was received.
SRH COLLECTION reserves the right to refuse to make a refund if one of the conditions does not appear to have been respected.
Conditions for being able to obtain a refund for an item:
1. If the item received by the customer is not the one originally ordered.
2. If the item received by the customer has a manufacturing defect.
3. If a part is missing from an item (e.g. a belt).
If it is approved by SRH COLLECTION, your refund will be made to the initial payment method within a few days after approval of the latter.
Please note that a refund for any reason will be made by deducting platform and delivery costs.
EXCEPT AS STATED ABOVE, SRH COLLECTION WILL NOT MAKE ANY REFUNDS.
NO SALE OR PROMOTION ITEMS WILL BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
