Shipping Policy

SRH COLLECTION is committed to processing and shipping all orders within 24 to 48 hours Monday to Friday.

(excluding holiday periods)

Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

When the shipping method selected is global relay, an email from them is sent to you so that you can choose the relay point of your choice.

After 24 hours without an email response from you, the relay point closest to you will be automatically selected.
